Please read the terms carefully before booking.
Disputes
If a disagreement arises, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).
Organizer’s Responsibility
- A written confirmation will be sent.
- Necessary documents and information are provided in due time.
- Information about significant changes will be communicated.
- The accommodation is provided according to the booking confirmation.
GPAB is not responsible for incorrect information from the product owner.
Guest’s Responsibilities
- Check the booking confirmation and report any errors immediately.
- Follow the rules and instructions.
- Be responsible for any damage caused by you or your party.
- Use the accommodation only as agreed.
- Report allergies when booking.
Personal Data
By making a payment, you agree that GPAB may process personal data for administration, security, insurance, and marketing surveys.
Special Terms
Minimum Age
At least 18 years old (or at least two people over 18 in larger groups). ID will be checked upon arrival.
Booking Fees and Payment
- Booking more than 28 days before arrival: 10% booking fee + any applicable charges.
- Final payment must be made at least 28 days before arrival.
- Booking less than 28 days before arrival: full amount is payable immediately.
Cancellation Protection
Can only be purchased at the time of booking. Cost: 495 SEK per booking.
Cancellation Fees (without cancellation protection)
- 28+ days before arrival: 10%
- 27–12 days before arrival: 25%
- 11–2 days before arrival: 50%
- 1–0 days before arrival: 100%
Service and Invoice Fees
- Service fee for booking via call center: 150 SEK.
- Invoice fee: 75 SEK (no fee for e‑invoices).
Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for events beyond its control.
